Introducing PearleNOIR and PearleLAIT – a handcrafted collaboration with OrNoir Chocolate in France and our team.

Both the milk and dark chocolate profiles were thoughtfully crafted to tell the story of the Elora Mill. You will enjoy the flavours of smoky wood fire, sweet caramel, ripe red berries and more of our favourite things.

PearleNOIR is 72.5% Dark Chocolate and PearleLAIT is 46.1% Milk Chocolate.

Each one is seriously delicious, but we recommend trying them both together for ultimate enjoyment.
